SplitLabs OÜ, registry code 16668007, provides Harness Ready, Production Agent OS Kit, Release Receipt Kit, Skill Vetting Pack, Production Agent Systems, and Hermes Agent OS Kit. Its registered office is Männimäe/1, Pudisoo küla, Kuusalu vald, Harju maakond, 74626, Estonia. nyk is the product identity. The current Stripe Managed Payments checkouts identify Link as merchant of record with the words “Sold through Link.” Link is the checkout seller; SplitLabs supplies the product, delivery, product support, and conformity remedies described here. Do not pay if that checkout disclosure is absent or different. The company record is available in the Estonian e-Business Register. For order, delivery, or complaint help, use product support or email nyk@builderz.dev.
Agent OS Kit v1.1.0 is a downloadable ZIP containing a local CLI and 44 editable release files for Claude Code, Codex, and Hermes workflows. Harness Ready v1.0.0 is a downloadable 12-file local CLI for one Next.js and TypeScript repository using Claude Code or Codex. Release Receipt Kit v1.0.0 is a downloadable 31-file archive with six editable release-gate contracts and a local CLI that checks a git working tree and emits a self-verifying receipt. Hermes Agent OS Kit v1.0.0 is a downloadable 21-file archive of authority, skill-vetting and memory contracts, release gates, incident playbooks and a local validator for a Hermes Agent deployment. Skill Vetting Pack v1.0.0 is a downloadable 15-file local review system with an offline CLI, capability matrix, decision record, triage playbooks and re-vetting triggers. Production Agent Systems Course v1.1.0 is a self-paced bundle of ten PDFs: orientation, six modules, scenario labs with annotated solutions, a capstone workbook, and a field guide, plus a private online reader and editable Markdown source covering authority, execution, verification, recovery, skill admission, and release operations. It does not include calls, scheduled delivery, certification, or production authority. The downloadable products run locally, require a compatible computer and the repository permissions needed for any requested write, and make no guarantee that generated code is correct; a green receipt records that the checks ran, not that a change is correct. The product page states the current version, supported stack, included files, exclusions, update period, and license before purchase.
The product page and Link checkout show the product, one-time price, currency, and final amount before the payment button. Stripe and Link receive billing and card details and provide the payment receipt. A delivery email from nyk.dev confirms the digital-content contract in a durable format and includes the recovery path. Do not pay if the product, price, seller, currency, or final total differs from the product page; contact support instead.
After the exact live Stripe payment is verified, nyk.dev opens the checksum-verified private ZIP in the browser and sends a recovery link to the checkout email. Save the archive and receipt. If delivery fails, support will restore access or refund the order. Access is disabled after a full refund, dispute, or payment reversal.
The solo license for the Agent OS Kit and Release Receipt Kit covers one buyer using and adapting the files in repositories they own or operate personally. The Skill Vetting Pack and Production Agent Systems Course use that same one-buyer boundary. Harness Ready is sold as a solo license only and covers one such repository; generated AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md sections may remain there. The team license, where offered on the product page, covers up to ten developers within one organization using and adapting the files in repositories that organization owns or operates. It is the same files as the solo license; what differs is who may use them. The Hermes Agent OS Kit is sold with that ten-developer organization license as its only tier, rather than a solo license with a team upgrade beside it. Its files also cover Hermes deployments the organization operates, not only repositories, because the contracts it contains describe a running agent rather than a codebase. Under either license, resale, sublicensing, redistribution outside the licensed buyer or organization, and repackaging as a competing product are excluded. Public samples retain their stated permissions. Founding-edition updates are supplied for the period stated on the product page; security or conformity fixes required by mandatory law are not limited by that commercial update period.
Consumers may notify support of a statutory withdrawal within 14 days where that right applies. Until checkout separately records an express request for immediate supply and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right will be lost, SplitLabs does not rely on a digital-content waiver. You may use this model notice: “I withdraw from my contract for [product], ordered on [date], order/receipt [reference]. Name: [name]. Date: [date].” Email it to nyk@builderz.dev. This is separate from remedies for content that is inaccessible, defective, materially different from the published scope, or not kept in conformity. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.
Only an exact paid order can submit one review. Positive and negative reviews use the same verification and moderation rules and are not incentivized. Moderation removes secrets, personal data, support requests, unlawful content, and claims that cannot be responsibly published; it does not strengthen or rewrite the buyer's opinion. Public names are optional and require consent. Email, receipt, and order reference remain private. A refund or dispute withdraws the linked review. One optional feedback reminder may be sent after seven days when no review exists; every buyer can suppress it without affecting receipts or product notices.
Send a complaint with the product, order reference, issue, and requested remedy through product support or to nyk@builderz.dev; SplitLabs aims to acknowledge product support within two business days. If an Estonian consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, an eligible consumer may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee through the official TTJA process. The discontinued EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is not used.
These products provide editable controls and local tooling. Buyers remain responsible for reviewing changes, checking repository scripts before execution, protecting credentials, keeping backups, and approving consequential actions. Do not upload private source code or secrets to nyk.dev support unless a separate secure process has been agreed.
