The reply is the same whether or not that address has orders — it has to be, or this form would tell strangers who bought what. If nothing arrives, the address probably differs from the one used at checkout. Open a support ticket and a person will look it up.

Access is disabled after a full refund, dispute, or payment reversal, so orders in those states are not re-sent.
