Rules drift
Project commands, boundaries, and decisions live in prompts, chat history, and operator memory.

The production gap
The first demo is easy. Reliability breaks after project rules spread across files, agents claim completion without evidence, and failed runs teach the next attempt nothing. The kit turns those hidden operator habits into an inspectable working layer.
Failure patterns
Project commands, boundaries, and decisions live in prompts, chat history, and operator memory.
The agent says the work is done, but no reproducible receipt proves the real user path or release checks.
A failed run gets more context and another attempt, without changing the conditions that caused the failure.
The control layer
Each layer is editable. Use the full system or install the smallest control that closes your current failure mode.
Define allowed actions, approval gates, and hard stops before execution.
Give every agent the real architecture, commands, scope, and source hierarchy.
Require acceptance evidence that a human can reproduce and review.
Capture failures, rollback steps, and the change required before another run.
Review quality, cost, context, and recurring failure modes on a fixed cadence.
Local setup CLI
No account, network call, or telemetry. Existing Codex, Claude Code, and Hermes instructions are preserved as merge candidates.

Provided by SplitLabs OÜ. The checkout is sold through Link, Stripe's Managed Payments merchant of record. nyk.dev verifies the exact live order before serving the ZIP. One-time €149 solo license, immediate delivery, and a 14-day consumer withdrawal path where applicable. Terms.
No. It is a local CLI and an editable operating system made of contracts, records, rubrics, and playbooks. The walkthroughs explain how the parts fit together.
The founding edition includes adapters for Claude Code, Codex, and Hermes. The release was verified in clean repositories on all three hosts. No claim is made for tools that were not tested.
Immediately after Stripe confirms the purchase. nyk.dev verifies the live order and serves the checksum-matched v1.1.0 ZIP containing the local CLI and 44 release files.
Nothing until you pass --apply. Doctor and install preview are read-only. Apply copies the operating files, preserves existing host instructions as merge candidates, and writes a checksum receipt for verify and rollback.
The €149 solo license is for one person and their own repositories. A team license covers up to 10 developers in one organization — same files, different right to use them. Resale, sublicensing, and repackaging stay excluded under both.
The kit is self-serve. Agent OS Setup is the hands-on path for custom architecture, installation, testing, and handoff.
The Kit decides what your agent may do. If the harder question is whether what it produced is safe to ship, Release Receipt Kit is the one to read next — €249.
